You have a couple of months to land a role.

At the same time, AI has flooded the market with applications - the average number per posting has surged, and most candidates are using tools like ChatGPT in exactly the same way.

Which means one thing: doing “more” is no longer an advantage.

You have a choice.

Use AI to mass-produce applications like everyone else - and blend into the noise.

Or use it strategically - to move faster and stand out.

In this session, Natalya Shustova shares a practical, end-to-end playbook for using AI across your job search - so you spend less time on low-value effort and focus on what actually drives results.

The session covers:
  • Volume vs. targeting - run two tracks in parallel. When to move fast and apply broadly, when to slow down and go deep - and how AI plays a different role in each
  • Application materials - what to automate, what to personalise, and how to keep your voice in the output
  • Interview preparation - use AI to pressure-test your stories before you’re in the room
  • Your real edge - the one area where AI cannot replace you

One hour. Concrete prompts you can use the same evening. A framework that holds beyond this job search.
