How we work
Career information is not scarce anymore. Usable career information is.
At any moment we are looking at over a million live jobs, alongside employer filings, permit records and hiring activity. Most of it is noise. The work is in the filtering: removing what is irrelevant, verifying what is left, and presenting the rest so a student can act on it in minutes rather than weeks.
We use AI throughout that process, always with a person in the loop and always bound to our own validated data. A confident wrong answer about sponsorship can cost someone a year.
And we are careful about what we claim. A hire depends on far more than any one platform, so we do not put a number on placement that we cannot honestly attribute.
