There are various laws and regulations which apply to data protection and data privacy. Perhaps the strongest one is the European Global Data Protection Regulation legislation to protect personal data, giving individuals more control and more security over what data is captured, how it is stored, and most importantly, how it is shared, and who ultimately owns it. is GDPR compliant, as it elevates the data privacy and data security in the industry. We are committed to the new law which is aligned with our values. Note that we never relied on advertising as a revenue stream so we have no necessity to collect and process users' personal information beyond what is required for the functioning of our Service.

You can upload your CV and enter your career profile on our site. When you do, you can choose who can see that info:

  • "No one" -- your CV and career profile are kept private and no third party can see them (except you and us)
  • "Only eligible employers" -- your CV and career profile are searchable and viewable by recruiters

To help us monitor and improve the use of our Service, we track a lot of Log Data such as your IP address, browser type and version, the pages on our Service that you visit, when you did so, the time you spent on these pages, and other statistics.

To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
