Join our Commercial team as an Activity & Budget Planning Executive and you will be ensuring effective coordination of commercial budget cycles by aligning stakeholders' inputs with financial timelines, regular budget performance monitoring, and supporting channels in budget accrual process.
We offer full-time employment with contract for an indefinite period of time. Location of work is Ljubljana.
Your 'day to day'
Your responsibilities will include:
* Coordinating budget cycles to ensure all commercial stakeholders provide inputs in line with agreed OB & RF deadlines, in coordination with Finance team.
* Ensure that all materials planned for execution are ordered and delivered in time which will allow further distribution to relevant front-line forces.
* Organize and maintain materials' storage, coordinate outbound deliveries to the warehouse, coordinate and supervise third party providers who are involved in materials handling process and ensure regular inventory checks to maintain optimal stocks.
* Ensuring smooth operational logistics by organizing and booking meeting rooms, coordinating reservations and orders with external agencies, and managing administrative tasks that facilitate efficient team collaboration
Who we're looking for
* University degree (economy, business administration, or another related field)
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Detail oriented with developed analytical abilities, feels comfortable working with numbers and can build insights based on data
* Proactive and ready to adapt
* Proficient in Excel
* Proficient in spoken and written English and Slovenian

Vae odgovornosti bodo vklju?evale:
* Usklajevanje prora?unskih ciklov, da zagotovite, da vsi komercialni deleniki posredujejo prispevke v skladu z dogovorjenimi roki OB in RF, v sodelovanju s finan?no ekipo.
* Zagotavljanje, da so vsi materiali, na?rtovani za izvedbo, naro?eni in dostavljeni pravo?asno, kar omogo?a nadaljnjo distribucijo ustreznim terenskim ekipam.
* Organiziranje in vzdrevanje skladi?enja materialov, usklajevanje odpreme iz skladi?a, koordiniranje in nadzorovanje zunanjih izvajalcev, ki sodelujejo pri ravnanju z materiali, ter zagotavljanje rednih inventurnih pregledov za optimalne zaloge.
* Zagotavljanje nemotene operativne logistike z organizacijo in rezervacijo sejnih sob, usklajevanjem rezervacij in naro?il z zunanjimi agencijami ter upravljanjem administrativnih nalog, ki omogo?ajo u?inkovito sodelovanje ekipe.

* Univerzitetna izobrazba (ekonomija, poslovna administracija ali drugo sorodno podro?je)
* Odli?ne komunikacijske in timske sposobnosti
* Natan?nost in razvite analiti?ne sposobnosti, udobno delo s tevilkami ter sposobnost oblikovanja vpogledov na podlagi podatkov
* Proaktivnost in pripravljenost na prilagajanje
* Odli?no znanje Excela
* Odli?no znanje anglekega in slovenskega jezika v pisni in govorjeni obliki
