Key Responsibilities

Oversee workplace and facility operations to ensure business continuity, workspace readiness, and consistent service quality across office locations. Manage building landlords, property management teams, and outsourced service providers to ensure effective service delivery against agreed SLAs and quality standards. Ensure effective delivery and continuous improvement of soft facility services, including housekeeping, pantry, waste management, pest control, and office consumables. Drive workplace health, safety, and environmental compliance by identifying facility risks, implementing corrective actions, and supporting emergency preparedness. Manage workspace planning, seating allocations, office readiness, and relocation or fit-out activities to support organizational growth and workforce changes. Monitor facility-related budgets, procurement, inventory, and vendor invoices to ensure cost efficiency and compliance with contractual obligations. Resolve complex workplace issues and employee facility requests while ensuring a high-quality employee experience and supporting the logistical requirements of corporate events. 


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field. 5+ years of progressive experience in facilities management, workplace operations, or corporate services. Strong expertise in workplace services, building operations, and soft facilities management. Proven experience in vendor governance, SLA/KPI management, and service contract oversight. Strong knowledge of workplace HSE requirements, risk mitigation, and emergency preparedness. Proficiency in facility budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and vendor invoice verification. Strong capability in workspace planning, office relocations, and fit-out coordination. Excellent problem-solving, stakeholder management, communication, and organizational skills.
