To be eligible for the Shell Graduate Programme:
- You must be pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in the United Kingdom, graduating in 2027 or within the last three years
- You must have graduated with or be on track to receive a 2:1 or above in your undergraduate degree - or equivalent grade.
- We value a strong academic record but there are no specific academic requirements for grades at A-Level or GCSE equivalents.

* Possess a Bachelor, Master or PhD degree.
* Should be in your final year of study or have less than one year (for Master degree holder) or two years (for Bachelor degree holder) of relevant work experience.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possess leadership presence and involvement in team working environment experience.
* You are required to have graduated prior to Aug. 2027

- Be in your final year of a Bachelor's or Master's degree, or have graduated within the last 3 years from one of the following programs:
- Technical Graduate Programme: Engineering: Chemical, Chemical-Process Control, Mechanical
- Commercial Graduate Programme: Commerce/Business, Computer Science, Mathematical Finance, Data Science, Statistics, Quantitative Finance
- Have a minimum CGPA of 3.20
- Be legally entitled to work in Canada (citizen, permanent resident, or valid work permit)
- Successfully complete a medical and/or drug test (safety-sensitive roles only)
