SDA Bocconi Case Competition - Alira Health

Alira Health joins SDA Bocconi School of Management to challenge students from top business schools worldwide. They will be invited to participate in the 3erd annual Alira Health & SDA Bocconi Healthcare Case Competition. Industry leaders and management students will be brought together to work on a real-time industry case. The objective of this case competition is to learn, share, network and innovate.
Description
Alira Health joins SDA Bocconi School of Management to challenge students from top business schools across the world. This student-led event offers you the opportunity to network with MBAs and Masters students from across the globe and with professionals from the healthcare industry. Pre-pandemic event at the SDA Bocconi campus saw 130 teams compete against each other. We are inviting teams of up to 5 members (with a minimum of 3 members) from top business schools from around the world in an online event.
Case Competition Rules
- Registration closes on 25th February 2022 (6.00 PM CET)
- Eligibility: MBA or Masters in Healthcare Management degree
- Team Composition: mixed profiles (MBA and Healthcare Management)
- All eligible registered teams will receive the business case and the relevant guidelines by the 28th February 2022 (6.00 PM CET).
- Preliminary Round: Each team will be sending an initial proposal with their assessment of the case and recommendations by 11st March 2022 (6.00 PM CET)
- The selected teams with the strongest initial drafts will be identified by the industrial jury panel and communicated by the 24th March 2022*.
- Final Round: The finalist teams will be invited to an online event hosted by SDA Bocconi School of Management for 3 days (30th March 2022 to 1st April 2022) to compete in the final rounds with the guidance of industry professionals presenting their cases.
- The challenge winners will be announced before the Closing Ceremony on Day 3 and will receive a prize of 1.000€ for 3rd Place, 2.000€ for 2nd Place, and 3.000€ for 1st Place**.
- During the event, industry representatives from the different companies will also be connecting with potential candidates for internships or employment offers.
