A: We are highly competitive in terms of compensation.  We also participate in more than 150 third party compensation surveys annually to ensure we are up to date on compensation trends and comparisons.


What are Microsoft’s views on work/life balance?

How many women are in leadership roles at the company?

A:  Not as many as we would like to see, but we are definitely making strides.  Currently, 11% of Corporate VPs and above are women.  This is an increase of 33% in just the last year.  We’re also seeing a growing number of women in technical positions at the company.
