The KBC Group is an integrated bancassurance group catering mainly for retail customers, private banking clientele and small and medium-sized enterprises with a leading position on its home markets in Belgium and Central and Eastern Europe, where it specialises in retail bancassurance and asset management activities, as well as in the provision of services to businesses.

A harmonized ICT on Group level is a precondition to enable the support of all these different business departments. KBC ICT Services employs over 2800 IT-specialists in Belgium, 1400 in Central Europe and 280 in our own KBC Offshore Development Centre in India. We are a dynamic and strong growing international ICT organization who paves the way for a strong European cooperation and focus on scale expansion and integration.  

KBC ICT Services therefore is expanding rapidly and recruits in Belgium yearly over 150 candidates. With this international event KBC ICT Services is considering the recruitment of at least 10 highly skilled ICT Professionals from the new European Community members with a primary focus on Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic & Slovakia for an open ICT position in Belgium. By doing so KBC ICT Services wants to achieve several objectives:

1. Recruit sufficient IT professionals for their growing staffing needs in an increasingly challenging recruitment environment.
2. Internationalize their IT operations, as KBC increasingly becomes a major European bank.
3. Increasingly position KBC ICT Services as a European global ICT services provider with great career opportunities for international talent.

After a successful Belgian KBC experience of at least 3 years, the candidates can return to their home country and further develop their career within the KBC Group in Central & Eastern Europe.
