Technology & Operations consist of 3 departments:
1. Technology:
Technology plans, designs and delivers Technology Services to the business, aligning with the business change agenda and operational requirements. The department consists of 60+ professionals divided over the following teams: 5 BTM teams, Common Services, Architecture, Application Service Delivery and Service Control Management.
2. Operations:
Operations is accountable for all tasks necessary to manage and account for investments:
- Acting as a liaison between the Front-Office and the Back-Office
- Providing the business with a standardized, comprehensive and scalable operations processing capability
- Industrializing the accounting and administration activities
- Centralizing all reporting requirements and activities.
The department consists of 75+ professionals divided over the following teams: Middle Office, Operations Processing, Settlements OTC/ Derivatives and Settlements FI/EQ.
3. Business Management:
Business Management is responsible for guiding, aligning and supporting control activities across the T&O business line, and providing the ING IM Management and governance bodies with valuable decision support material. The department consists of 75+ professionals divided over the following teams: Management Support Office, Program Management Office, Sourcing & Supplier Management and Strategy & Business Change.
