Do you have what it takes?
Each Nestlé employee possesses unique qualities and skills, but those who do well also tend to share some common characteristics. For a start, they have an international mindset, which means open-mindedness and respect combined with flexibility and adaptability. We also look for:
- A university-level degree, either technical or business
- Practical experience through internships, work placement and/or a first professional experienc
- Language skills (fluent in English with a sound knowledge of two additional languages).
- An entrepreneurial spirit, a creative and enthusiastic personality, the ability to act as a "change agent"
- The willingness and skills to cooperate proactively in order to reach results
- The ability to manage complexity and to apply tact, diplomacy and an open-mind
- A broad outlook, varied interests, intellectual and geographical mobility (willingness to move anytime and anywhere according to the Company's needs)
